Skyhawks, make the most of chances PDF Print E-mail

Fairborn made  the most of the four shots they took Saturday in the 2-2 tie with Beavercreek. The turf was coming up as if Tiger Woods was using a pitching wedge on it. Not sure if all the soft ground cleats were left at home but Creek could not get solid footing all day. Having a 1 goal lead has been enough on most nights but not today. Falling behind 2-1 in the second half the Beavers used a late goal with 2 mins. remaining to net the tie and remain undefeated for the season. Next up is Fairmont and the chance for a share of the GWOC title.
